I cant remove an accountant. how do i do this

If you're subscribed through the mobile app, the option to remove an accountant is unavailable. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support so we can assist you. They have the tools to check your account and do the process.

Here's how:

1. Click Assistant.
2. Type Talk to a human.
3. Select from Message an agent, Call an agent or Get a callback.
