I'd like to use the new 'projects' but it doesn't appear on the list on the LH side. Is this something I need to install?

No, it's just not there :(  Please see the screenshot 


Hi Julie, sorry about that! The projects feature is only available on Plus subscriptions. If you would like to upgrade to use this you can go to your accounts & setting > billing & subscriptions and upgrade from there :)

Hello,

 

Not sure about UK version but US version you have to turn on that feature before it will appear in the left side bar.

Gear Icon/Account and Settings/Advanced/Projects.

Hi julielove,

 

 

To use the Projects feature you will first need to enable this within the account by going to the Gear icon > Accounts and Settings > Advanced > Payroll. After turning this on you should see a tab for projects in your left navigation bar.

'Payroll' is not within Gear icon > Accounts and Settings > Advanced > Payroll, and I'm not even sure what Payroll has to do with Projects?

My apologies, that should have read Gear icon > Accounts and Settings > Advanced > Projects.You will then see the option to turn on project financial tracking.
