I do not have online banking. Does anyone know how I can show payments paid via direct debit.

Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

You could just make a note on the transaction that it was via direct debit, on the transaction number as suggested above or possibly on the description of the transaction. You can also set up recurring transactions, which will automatically create the transaction on the day you know the direct debit is taken. just enter the payment and change the check number to EFT or ACH
