I downloaded QuickBooks and signed up to the pro version. I'm self employed and use the other app now, can I get a refund as I cancelled the same day I signed up?

I didn't know about the other app at the time, I realised straight after I signed up. I've signed up for the pro version of the self employed quick books instead.

To check and process your refund request, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support for QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Their tools can validate this request in a safe and secure environment. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Assistant button at the top.
  3. Type Talk to human at the chat box.
  4. You'll now be provided with support options that is available at that time.
