I get the error msg - ‘there was an error saving the trip’ please try again later, when I try to manually save a business journey!

I've replicated this and I was able to save a trip, MikeT23.

 

Let's perform few troubleshooting steps to isolate what's causing the issue. 

 

First, let's save a trip on a private or incognito window. This helps a browser to load faster as it will not store any file history. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then if it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.

 

You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

 

Afterward, try saving a trip again.
