I'll make sure you'll recover your data, @marked74-googlem.

We can run the Auto Data Recovery (ADR) tool in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to retrieve your lost data. Before we begin, you'll want to update the system to ensure you have the latest features and fixes. I'll show you how.

    1. Go to the Help menu.
    2. Select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
    3. Click the Update Now tab.
    4. Select Get Updates.
    5. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
    6. Then accept the option to install the new release.

You can also see this link for more details: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

When done, you can now run the ADR tool to retrieve your data. You might also want to work with your IT expert for further guidance and to ensure a smooth process.

In case you run into some issues with your QBDT, you can utilize this article for reference on how to fix it: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'll be here whenever you need more help managing your data and QBDT. Our door is always open to assist you.

Find any *.QBW, *.QBB, *.QBM files on your machine and restore it.
