I have a client who has been using QBO licence,incl a GoCardless mandate.client left & as licence fee was £1 I'd like to clear data to assign it to a new client-can we?

Hi info338,

 

Yes, you can clear the data and assign it to a new client. However, this will be handled by one of our agents since they have the tools to review the mandate settings and re-connect it to the new client.

 

Here's how to get in contact with them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to Help and click on Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Chat or Call us.

From there, they'll be able to purge the GoCardless mandate data in QBO.
