I have a new phone, switching from iPhone to android, which I installed the quick books app. When I sign in it asks to start a free business trial but won’t go to my self employed account?

I've checked our records and haven't seen any cases the same as yours, Userholly_ashe.

 

Let's try to perform the basic step to fix this. Clear the app's cache or data to refresh the app. 

 

Once done, sign in again.
