I have advanced payroll. Have sent payslips by email and while not getting any error message as they are not arriving at employees?

There's currently an open investigation about employees not receiving their payslips. Right now, our product engineers are all hands on deck to provide a solution as soon as possible. 

 

With this said, we recommend that all affected customers with the same issue will contact our Customer Care Team to add their account to the list of affected users and link it to INV-44987. An email notification will be sent to you once an update is received. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Hit Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter a short description about your concern.
  4. Click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
