I have downloaded my banking and it has only come over from 26 Feb, I need from the 1 Feb. Can you help please?

When you connect your bank to QuickBooks for the first time, it will download up to 90 days worth of transactions automatically. Though, you can perform a manual update if there are still missing transactions:

1. Click Banking on the left menu and go to the Banking tab.
2. Click the Update button.
3. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
4. Click Continue update.

Manual update can bring up to 90 days worth of transactions, too.

Another option to bring your transactions to QuickBooks is to import a WebConnect file. You can checkout this article for more information: How to Upload More Than 90 Days of Bank Transactions.
