Hi there, @lizziejardine75-

I have checked this issue in our system and haven't received a report about having trouble with sub-services.

To isolate the issue, you can start by updating the software or clearing the app data.

The app updates usually contain patches to fix problems identified with the app. To clear the data on the app, follow the steps below.

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings.
  2. Select General and choose iPhone Storage
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  4. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

Once done, re-open QuickBooks and try to access the sub-services. If the issue persists, you may need to delete the app and re-install it.

Please know that QuickBooks Online requires iOS 11.1 or newer. Check out these links to get the app and what requirements you need.

You can also log in to your QuickBooks account via a web browser and manage  your transactions from there.

Please browse this link to learn which browser to use for the best QuickBooks experience: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed. It recommends what operating system and internet speed that you need.

Don't hesitate to comment below. I'll stay around until you're able to save the access sub-services feature.
