Question

I have linked my first direct account several times and has been accepted, however when i go back to use quick books the account doesn't show and asks me to link again?

Let me help check why your bank account won't show up, zoerugby-yahoo-c.

 

You can log out of QuickBooks after connecting the account. Then, clear the cache and cookies to refresh the browser. 

 

Follow the steps to delete the history for your browser.

 

 

You can also clear Intuit-specific cookies to isolate the issue. Please browse this article and follow Step 2Learn how to delete browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies.

 

Once done, log back into your QuickBooks account, then check again if the bank is already connected. If not, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Team. They can check and do screen sharing with you to get this fixed.
