I appreciate the troubleshooting actions you've taken, @spannerinthework.
Since the issue persists after uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks Online mobile app, you'll want to update your app to the latest version to ensure everything is working fine. I'll show you how:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of your screen.
- Scroll towards the QBO app, then tap Update.
- Click Update All.
If the mileage tracker appears, we can try refreshing your QBO app to clear the cache and resolve any unusual performance while using it.
If you're still unable to see the feature, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support so they can look further into why the mileage tracker disappeared from your QBO mobile app.
Furthermore, you can check out this article with a comparison chart to give you more details about the available features in the QBO mobile app: Compare mobile app features.
Feel free to reach out again to keep us posted on your progress. I'm here to help you in any way I can. Keep safe always.
