I have subscribed to quickbooks via my phone app, i then installed quickbooks on my tablet but the data doesnt seem to have synced across. it is asking me to sbscribe

i am being asked to subscribe again and it isnt showing the data that i can see on my phone app such as transactions.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, @fisherjoinery3. I've got your back, and let's work this out so you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on other devices that you have.

 

Before we proceed, I'd like to ask if it's your first time accessing your QBO account from other available devices. If yes, you'll want to sign out of your QuickBooks Online account from your phone and then proceed to access your account on your tablet. You'll also want to ensure that you've already logged out of other intuit related accounts and make sure you're using the same credentials that you have on your phone.

 

Once you're able to access your QBO company on your tablet, proceed to log in to the account on your mobile phone. This way, the QuickBooks Online mobile application would be able to recognize your username and password.

 

If issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can check on your account to determine the root cause of the issue.
