Question

I haven't connected QB to my bank in 5mths. Today i ran the download without realising i can only go back 3 months. I am now missing 2mths of data. How do i resolve pls?

My last log in to QB was July. Today Nov 2021 i tried to reconcile by bank statement by linking my bank. I didn't realise QB can only go back 3months. After categorising my data i realised i am still missing 2 months of data July - Aug. I am not sure how to rectify this. I have manually imported the CSV into the bank but the QB statement has not changed. Pls can you advise?

Let's resolve the issue you're having with your bank account to get your latest transactions, @usertoksikumelo. I appreciate the efforts trying to sort the missing transactions out. 

 

If you're referring to non-downloaded transactions, QBO is dependent on what your bank shares with us. This means when you link the bank, it only brings in 90 days of transactions.

 

Since you need more than that, you'll have to upload the missing data from July-August into your account using a CSV file. After that, you have to import them into QBO.
