I keep coming back into a blank screen when I try to connect my credit card. It's definitely intuit. What am I doing wrong?

I'm going to ask some additional questions if you don't mind, and I'll also share the basic troubleshooting steps to fix the blank page. What's the name of the bank you're trying to connect? Are you only getting the blank screen in the Banking page? 

 

If you are able to sign in to your bank's website without a problem, then we can perform some troubleshooting steps in QuickBooks. This way we can check if this is caused by a browser-related issue. 

 

Let's begin by opening an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history, search history, and cookies, which helps isolate any browser-related problems.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcut:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Next, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account then go the Transactions or Banking tab on the left navigation menu. Then, click on the Link account button. If you can see the sign in page and you're able to connect the account, we can go back your regular browser and clear its cache. Deleting the cache data helps to troubleshoot, increase the loading time of web pages and the performance of your computer.

 

Finally, please be sure to close the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies. Moreover, you can use a different supported browser.

 

You also have the option to manually upload your bank transactions using a CSV file. Here's an article for the instructions. Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Once uploaded, make sure to categorise and match your bank transactions.
