A warm welcome to the Community, matthew10.

Let me lend a helping hand in linking your bank account with QuickBooks Online.

Which bank account are you trying to link? This way I'll be able to check if there are related issues with your bank. For now, you can use an Incognito browser or a new private window to start a new session.

Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

Alternatively, you can try to link your account using the bank's URL. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Add Account.
  3. Search for your financial institution and select it from the list.
  4. At the top of the window, select the link for your bank's website. A new window opens for the bank's website.
  5. Make sure you can access your account through this site by verifying that you can see your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
  6. If you access the account successfully, log out of the FI's website and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.

I'm leaving these articles for future use:

For account discussion, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support.

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Please get back to me if you continue to get the same results so I can look further into this. I want to make sure you can link your account successfully. Have a good one.
