Question

I keep getting emails saying update payment details or account will be cancelled. But my info is fine on my account. (I recently got a new card but updated my account with the new card) not sure what else’s to do

I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team to have the email investigated. Since your accounts are updated, one of our agents can will guide you on why you keep getting an email.
