I'm downloading quick books to my laptop and it's asking for licence number and product number where do I get this from

For QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), your license and product number will be sent to your confirmation email if you purchase it from our website. If you purchased it from a retail store, look for this label on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.

For QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll not be prompt for license and product number. You'll just have to go to your Apple App Store or Google Play App Store. 

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Apple App Store or Google Play App Store.
2. Search for QuickBooks Online App.
3. Click on Download and follow the instructions.
4. Once the download is complete, open the app.
5. Log in with your QuickBooks credentials or sign up for an account if you don’t already have one.
