I'm getting error 101 when trying to connect to my bank ? can anyone help ?

Hi glamorganhotel,

 

Error 101 is sometimes caused by damage or missing file. Let's try updating your bank manually.

 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Banking, and then Banking at the top.
  2. Click the Update button.

You'll receive a notification once the update is complete and successful.

 

If you're still unable to connect, you'll want to configure QuickBooks and your internet connection.
