Let's perform browser troubleshooting steps so that you can successfully update your customer information, Rayban.

Please log in to your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser window. This mode prevents your browsing history from being saved on your device, which can help us identify the problem.

You can save time by using one of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this resolves the issue, please return to the regular browser and clear the cache. Doing so will eliminate outdated files or data that cause system issues and glitches. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.

Once you have successfully updated your customer details, you can follow this guide to create an invoice to charge your customer for the product or service you're selling: Create invoices in QuickBooks.
