I'm trying to send a revised invoice and the system keeps asking me to select a product or service?

I have an existing invoice which has not been paid yet and now I want to revise it to include additional work.  Every time I try to send it the system says that I need to select a product or service.  All of the line items have services listed already.

There may be a cache-related problem causing strange behavior in the system. I've got some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

 

Log in to your account through incognito mode to see if the problem is with the browser. Here are the shortcuts for the keyboard:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

If you can successfully send the invoice, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache. Switching to other supported browsers can also resolve the problem.
