Question

I might as well use a spreadsheet the amount of time I waste rewriting descriptions... is there any way to stop it highlighting all of the text when clicking description?

Hello there, Might try Xero,

 

I'm here to help you today.

 

If you're referring to the Description field on your sales forms, QuickBooks Online automatically highlights those texts once you select the field. You'll want to click it twice so you won't have to rewrite everything in this area.
