I need to change my email address on Quickbooks, I am doing this via companies settings but it won't save the changes. I press save and nothing happens?

Hello there, @tomgaisford.

 

Allow me to share some insights about changing an email address in QuickBooks Online.

 

There are three emails that you can change in your QuickBooks Online account. These are company email, customer-facing email, and log-in email.

 

If you refer to the company email, make sure to log in as the company admin of the account. Then, you can change it from the Company settings inside Accounts and Settings.

 

You can also change the customer-facing email from the same page. You can uncheck the box and enter the email you want to use.

 

For the log-in email, you can change it from this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/. From there, change the email inside Sign-in & Security. You can also change it from your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click your profile icon next to Settings .
  3. Choose Manage your Intuit Account to open the Intuit Account Manager.
  4. Click the Sign-in & security menu.
  5. Choose the Email address section.
  6. Enter your new email address.
  7. Click Save.
