Hello, littleacornsplay.

I'd like to give a brief overview on the discount offers for QuickBooks Online.

The discount is only applicable for the QuickBooks Online standalone subscription. You can check the pricing details here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/pricing/ (scroll down and click the *Click here for important offers, pricing details and disclaimers link).

If you were offered a discount for both payroll and the regular subscription, I'd recommend contacting our support. They'll pull up your billing details and check your eligibility or discuss the applicable discounts. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. On the chat box, type "Contact support."
  3. Click the "Contact a human" option.
  4. Proceed with the Live Chat/ Call me back link.

Do you need help getting started with the program? Check out our tutorials here: Video tutorials for QuickBooks Online

Let me hear your thoughts if you have other concerns with QuickBooks Online. If you need help navigating around the program, please let me know. I'm always here to help.

@littleacornsplay

Did you purchase a trial account? You have to pay for it at the regular rate. The discounted rate only applies when clicking the Buy button to open a new blank account.
