I still can’t receive payments, I get error message. Ive cleared caches, used supported browsers, with/without WiFi, different devices etc and still no luck

Also a direct contact email address would be appreciated in this matter too, if I can’t receive payments what’s the point in using this system

You’ve mentioned an error message. Can you share it with me? This way, I can check here on my end if there’s a similar issue reported.


For now, I recommend contacting our Technical Support to help you further since you’ve done some troubleshooting steps already. Our representative can take a look at your account. Also, can provide additional fixes once the root cause is determined.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. Click/Type in “Talk to a human.”
  3. You can enter “Unable to receive payments” in the field.
  4. Select I still need a human, then Get help from a human.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
