I used to be able to auto track my mileage in the QuickBooks app on my iPhone. Now on the app there is no option or mention of mileage tracking?

I appreciate the details you shared. I have extra troubleshooting steps you can perform to get your mileage tracking working in your iPhone.

Make sure that you also log in to the correct company. If not, you can tap the Settings icon and select Switch Company. This may be the reason you're missing the mileage tracking feature.

If you're in the correct company but still missing this feature, I suggest performing these steps to troubleshoot mileage tracking:

1. Go to the menu ☰ icon.
2. Select Settings ⚙.
3. Choose Mileage.
4. Tap Mileage troubleshooting. Review the list in the Make sure these settings are correct section. If the requirements have a green check, you're good to go. If you see an exclamation mark (!), follow the on-screen steps to make adjustments.

In addition, I suggest updating your app to the latest version of iOS (the app needs iOS 12.2 or later to make the app work properly).

After that, check if your mileage is now working. If it persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so we can investigate and assist you further.
