Question

I’ve been trying to add my credit card onto my transactions and it isn’t letting me, (I already have my debit card on there) does anyone know why?

As in it won’t let me add another card onto my app/account.

Performance issues in QuickBooks Mobile App are resolved by doing basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
