I've been unable to update my HSBC credit card. Please email me when this facility has been updated by HSBC.

However, let's perform some browser troubleshooting to get rid of any cache related issue. Though the cache accelerates the background process, it can also cause unexpected results. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If the Banking page updates automatically, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative. Each of them uses a different cache.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team if the same thing happens. They can pull up your account and further investigate this matter.

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter HSBC Business Banking in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select Message an agent or Get a callback.
