I've just upgraded to QB online but my invoice templates etc have not transferred with the data. Will I have to re-do them?

Can I check what version of QuickBooks you have upgraded from?

all templates from desktop will not transfer to QBO.  You have to create the template you want in QBO from scratch and be aware, QBO is not anywhere near as flexible as desktop
