I’ve not been able to connect my bank for a month. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times, tried both my bank accounts and every time it doesn’t work. What do I do?

Hi jasmineroseb-icl What bank and type of account are you attempting to connect, is this a first time connection or a re-authorisation are you receiving any type of error message or code and are you experiencing the same issue if you attempt to connect the bank when you use a browser on your device rather than the app or a computer?
