I want to turn off all emails from the system. Does anyone know how to do that please?

I'm not certain in what you mean by turning off all the emails from the system, Could you clarify what you're trying to do, are you getting spam emails that you don't wish to receive? or are you wanting to remove your customer/client/supplier emails from the system?
