I wondering how can do a backup of my Quickbooks online plus ? I using the UK version. Thanks

QuickBooks Online automatically backs your data up, Azong

 

However, you can look for third-party applications that can do QuickBooks Online backups. Check out the Apps Center to see apps you'll want to work with.

 

If you want to save a copy of your information directly saved on your computer, you can export reports and lists. Refer to this article for more details: Export Data out of QuickBooks Online.

Exporting data is just the reports. How can I do an actual backup to restore to my desktop version. I have PLUS

Let's export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to restore in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account, @soldbymskerns.

 

You can export all your financial data, your all lists and their balances (customers, vendors, accounts, and so on), and all transactions (invoices, sales receipts, checks, deposits, and so on).

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Highlight the URL and replace anything after /app/ with exportqbodatatoqbdt (http://qbo.intuit.com/app/exportqbodatatoqbdt). You’ll now be routed to the Export Overview Window.
  3. Choose what data you want to export. Either All financial data or All financial data without transactions. Then, click on Continue.
  4. Provide your name and email address where you’d like to receive an email when your file is ready to be downloaded from the QuickBooks Online Homepage. 
  5. Select on Close.

Once you get your data, you can now download QuickBooks Desktop and select your data in QuickBooks Online for export. You can check this article for detailed guidance: Export and convert your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop.
