I would like to upgrade my subscription and pay by bank standing order, but I live on the Isle of Man which does not appear as a country (it does for credit cards). Help!

I can see how this option is useful for your business, You can let our product team know how important is this for your business by sending feedback. To do so, you can follow the step provided below: 

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

On the other hand, you can only use a credit or debit card to pay for your subscription such as Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, or even set up Direct Debit or use PayPal. You'll want to reach out to our support team so they can check if there's another way to pay for your subscription aside from the available options mentioned above.

You'll also want to view our Customer Feedback page for any product updates. This is where you can check out some of the requests being submitted and their status.
