I would like to use bar code scanning for booking in stock and also selling in our retail store, as well as online... is there anything available ?

Im currently using another accountancy package for one business, and QB for another.. id like to use QB for both, but require retail bar code scanning ability, and also stock management for inshore and online sales.. is this available in QB, or can anyone suggest a good quality and reliable plug in app to work this part of the job ?
