If camera hanging all the time , and I can't use it to take any snap , and now everything in the App not working , untile I clear the cash , and reinstall

I want to ensure you can utilize the snap feature successfully, @ramez-nixonsleat.

 

If you still encounter the issue after clearing the cache and reinstall the app, I highly recommend contacting our Online support. They are more equipped to help check the root cause of your concern and provide a fix. 

 

To get in touch with them, log in to your QBO account in a web browser and follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to upload receipts or bills from your QBO account in a web browser. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online
  2. Proceed to Bookkeeping.
  3. Select Transactions, then choose Receipts (Take me there).
  4. Click Upload from computer.

 

When everything is in order, you can start categorizing those receipts.
