If I opened "Home Page" screen, the system showed error and crash.

If I opened "Home Page" screen, the system showed error and crash. I used QuickBooks Pro 2016 R17P. 

This problem occurred after my computer updating window on Tuesday. I uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks again but it does not work. I download QuickBooks Tool Hub for checking error but it does not work. Please advice how to fixed this problem.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

so having had a look into this you need to do a clean install rather than just and uninstall and reinstall. You may have to do it manually though as the "clean install" tool that is shown on the tools. If you have a look at this guide it will help you. After you have uninstalled the software you will need to expand the how to do a manual renaming that is under step 5. 

 

If that doesn't work then you will need to speak to an I.T professional or you could install a newer version of the software as if there was an update from Microsoft that changes things that the 2016 version uses, there is no way that a patch will be rolled out for a 5 year old version of the software.
