Question

If i try to send an email from quickbooks to the email address my account is registered with the email fails to deliver.

When I try to send an email (estimate or invoice) from quickbooks to my registered email address it fails to deliver. The same thing happens from a friend's quickbooks account to my registered email. Email address is working fine otherwise, problem related to quickbooks.

 I will share some information about your concern about sending invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

One of the reasons you are experiencing this is that you are using an old browser. I advise upgrading to the most recent version. I suggest performing browser troubleshooting to isolate this.

 

You can start by using a private browser. Follow the commands below:

 

Google Chrome: press CTRL  Shift N

Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P

Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P

Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works using a different or private browser, go back to your default browser and perform clear the cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Before doing so, take note of your saved passwords and URLs.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click More.
  3. Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
  4. Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Select Clear data.
