I have found this happening at traffic lights. Why hasn't it been fixed yet?

Hello there, @pjs11.

Let's boost your location accuracy to ensure the app tracks mileage in slow-moving traffic or stop-and-go trip. To do so, let's turn on some settings on your phone to improve the accuracy. Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app.
  2. Click the Menu ☰ icon, then select Settings.
  3. Choose Mileage settings.
  4. To improve accuracy in slow-moving traffic, turn on the Track slow speed trips setting.
  5. To improve accuracy in recording addresses, turn on the Boost location accuracy setting.
