In my free trial. App cant process my debit card.. Always has blue spinning circles or dots.. Cant change it to direct debit either

I'll make sure that you'll be able to process your debit card on your mobile App.

 

There are times when the QuickBooks Online app has a lot of data which may cause the App not to process your debit card. Resetting the app to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state can fix this unusual behavior.

 

Here's how:

 

iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
    Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.

 

Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.
