Installing Quickbooks Pro 2016

Hi, we are trying to install Quickbooks Pro 2016 on a Windows 10 computer.

When we try and Activate the software, it asks us to fill in the registration info but then we get the following error:

"unable to contact database"

There doesn't seem to be any other way to activate.
Can anyone help?

It's possible that your QuickBooks Pro 2016 exceeds the grace units in registering and installing the software. With issues like this, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They have direct access to your account and will add grace units to your QuickBooks License.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Choose Support and click on the Contact us link under Additional Resources.
  4. Select a topic.
  5. Click on Call Us or Message Us.

Then, you can follow the steps outlined in this article to activate the software: Activate QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
