Intuit is Charging Me the Incorrect Sales Tax for Purchases

In mid 2020, Intuit began charging me more sales tax than what they should. I am charged each month for a "per employee" fee for employee direct deposits, and I also recently upgraded my Quick Books program from 2018 to 2021 and renewed my annual Enhanced PR subscription...each time they have charged me more tax than they should. I have called them many many times since mid-December, have been given numerous case #s and have been told countless times the "problem has been solved". Today I received a charge...with too much tax! I have tried talking with supervisors and even they are not able to solve the problem. In my opinion, Intuit is stealing from me, the customer, each month.
Does anybody have a suggestion on how to bypass the customer service reps and any supervisors to get to somebody who can actually correct the problem? I use other Intuit products (Quicken, Quick Time, Turbo Tax) and they are able to get it right.
