Inventory management software

Hi, 

My employer uses QuickBooks Desktop but it seems as though the UK version doesn't allow you to purchase the advanced inventory add-on for the software, and in the last year we've taken on a second warehouse so tracking stock has become more complicated. 

I've been struggling to find what we need online, but essentially we need something that will sync with QB Desktop - moving to QBO isn't something we want to do - that has barcode functionality as well as being able to support more than one warehouse with bin locations. 

If this can do all of the other things like process orders through this and then post to QB, cool, but none of the added bells and whistles are necessary. I'd like to be able to connect our WooCommerce and eBay shops too, but again that would be a "nice to have" rather than something we need. 

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm currently looking at Order Time but it seems a little buggy, and a few of the systems I've found, the cost has been a little prohibitive.
