Invoice details

I have a few clients that  have numerous open invoices for different locations.  When they send a payment, it is often not for the exact amount, and they do not include invoice #.  Is there a way that I can see more details, like the address, without opening up a bunch of different invoices?

Hi Ezekiel,

 

At this time, locating an invoice using the address isn't possible. Our closest alternative is to use the Advanced Search feature to find a client's invoice. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Enter the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then select the desired transaction.
  3. If the transaction you're looking for does not appear on the results list, select Advanced Search.
  4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want.
