Hi, I have an iPhone 6 which I can log into QB and edit/create invoices relatively easy but when I log in via my home pc it will not open all invoices!, please help

Hi, hillside.

 

Let’s check if this has something to do with your browser. You can launch a private window then log in again to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If you’re able to open all invoices on a private browser, I’d recommend clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser.
