Invoice layout

I would rather have my own header as an image with all the information needed to fit across the top of the entire invoice, logo, contact, address etc, but it will only let me put a small logo left, right or centre.

 

It also puts the vat reg number at the top which I don't want as it's already at the bottom.

 

It randomly puts NF which isn't in any of my details and looks daft

Hello Signline, so there is no way of being able to move the VAT number on the invoice, you could leave this as feedback within the main cog wheel. If you go to the company setting and you can always take out the county so that it does not appear on the invoices for you otherwise it Is a case again of leaving feedback and this gets sent straight to the developers.

Hi Signline, thanks for your post - currently, it's not possible to add further customisation options to the invoice templates such as those detailed above, please share feedback for this by selecting the Cog > Feedback within your QuickBooks. Do the two letters relate to the county that you have selected on the business address in the account settings?

Yes the NF was relating to the county in our account settings, no idea how that has been added to the invoice layout as it isn't there when we edit how the invoices appear.

Also on the invoice layout the vat number is not in the content in the header, but when we print them off it is there beside our logo which looks a bit daft
