Invoice logo

I am trying to add a logo on my invoice.  It keeps failing and just saying “cannot upload now, please try again later”.  Have been trying all day.  I am doing this via Quickbooks app on my phone.  I tried to go on laptop but can find the section to do this when log on to Quickbooks self-employed online? Been trying all day? Any help much appreciated.

Let me make sure that you’ll be able to add your business logo when invoicing in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

One possible reason why you're not able to upload your logo is the logo requirements. Make sure you're able to meet the logo standards set by QBSE.

 

Take note of the following requirements before uploading it to QuickBooks Self-Employed:

 

  • Supported file types are.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
  • Your file should be smaller than 1 MB.
  • Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
  • Use the standard RGB colour space (RGB).
  • The shape of the logo should also be square, instead of a rectangle.

 

Once done checking, here’s how you can add your logo to the invoice:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Toggle to turn on the Invoicing.
  3. Select the Invoices, and tap the Create invoice button.
  4. From there, you can add your logo by clicking the Add logo box.

 

If the issue persists, we can perform some browser troubleshooting steps. This concern could be a browser-related issue. A stored cache can cause unexpected behavior while using the application.
