Hi

I am linked to my online woocommerce website via onesaas - when an order comes through the message I have saved on my invoice template is missing - is there a way to add this message automatically to my online orders? thank you

Hi Debbie, thanks for your post

 

Does the message show correctly when viewing the invoice template in QuickBooks (Cog > Custom form styles > Edit > Content > Footer > Message to customer)?

Yes it does - it shows on the standard master template I am using.
