Invoice numbers doesn't show-Instead of numbers it prints 'clover 2023' and date

Hi
I have an issue with my invoices; Instead of numbers, it shows 'Clover 2023' and a date.

I disabled the custom invoice numbering but to no avail. I have Clover merged with the QB online.

Any suggestions?

Based on your statement, your invoices seem to have been imported from Clover. If that's the case, you'll have to reach out to the Clover Support Team since QBO will depend on what transactions are shared with your third-party provider.

 

You may also ask if they offer customizing the invoice numbers before importing them to QBO. This way, the transactions will automatically sync to QuickBooks with the correct invoice numbers.
