Invoice problem

I am having a problem with my invoicing. I send a complete invoice with the correct details on. But when my client opens it, half the information is no longer there. This has happened with the same client on 3 occasions now. However, I have in the past this has been no problem at all.

 

Please can you advise on how to fix this?

Is it just that one client who has an issue with the invoices you send to them or does it happen to any other ones?

 

Could you send us some screenshots of this so we can have a visual of whats going on? So a screenshot of the invoice in your QuickBooks and a screenshot of what your client gets at there end please so we can look into this further for you.
